Pre-suit Settlement Conferences

Settlement Conferences before suit is filed can save everyone a great deal of money and time. Especially in very complex situations, at times with multiple claims and perhaps limited resources, getting adjusters and claimants to "sit at the table," and work through the practicalities can be extremely beneficial for everyone involved. Timely Interpleaders are also often an advantageous option.
